Electric Medic TV/VCR Repair is now accepting units shipped to us  (within the United States and Canada only)  via UPS, RPS, USPS, Airborne,  and Federal Express. If your unit is under factory warranty, or covered by a third party extended contract, a copy of the sales receipt and or service contract is required. Check the Manufacturer Logo's on our Homepage page, to ensure we can honor your warranty.

Shipping.  If you are shipping a TV/VCR/Stereo/DVD Player/Game/Two-Way Radio for service, of course you've kept the original shipping box, so there will be no problem, right? Right!     OK, I know, your brother-in-law borrowed that beautiful shipping box to store fresh caught fish in, and left it, loaded with not so fresh fish, in the back of his peek-up-truck, and it was confiscated by the fish & game department.

Include our printable shipping form with advanced payment, contact information, and a detailed description of the units malfunction.

How much will it cost? Check out our OUT OF WARRANTY DIAGNOSTIC FEES below. There you will find our service charges. Our goal is not to mislead our customers, but to give you the best service possible!!

Our Warranty. Products repaired by Electric Medic TV/VCR Repair  are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. This guarantee covers all labor and parts that were installed by us. The only exceptions are abuse, picture tube's that were not replaced as a part of the repair, shipping cost, or acts of god! Normal turnaround time is 3-5 days. (Not to include shipping time or weekends.)

 

Consumer Ship - In Information:

• Any item that we normally work on may be shipped to us for repair. Item should be properly packed in a box that is large enough, with adequate foam, Styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect it from breakage. (If it can't move around in the box, it shouldn't break.) If you have a question about packing your item, please email  (info@electricmedic.com) or call  (706-863-3424)  and ask us.
• There is no diagnostic fee for authorized warranty repairs, but return shipping costs may apply.
• Call 1-706-863-3424 or email for specific shipping costs & warranty terms for your unit, as manufacturer's warranty terms vary.

• Please enclose a check, or credit card payment authorization for the diagnostic fee on out of warranty items. If you have questions about pricing, whether we work on your item or to have your credit card preapproved, please call us at : 1-706-863-3424  The diagnostic fee is a non-refundable check-out fee that will be deducted from your final bill.
•  Required before we will look at your unit. Filling this out will give us your name, address, phone numbers, and a description of what is wrong with your unit. Purchase information, and a receipt copy is required for warranty repairs. For extended warranty repairs, please include a copy of your extended warranty contract.
• We will call or e-mail you with a total cost of repair.
• With your approval, we will repair your unit and ship it back to you!
