The quality of his work was excellent, he knows the codes and worked well with the City inspector to get the installation approved. The inspector was also very complimentary of Fairall’s work. Electric Medic installed a Tesla Wall Connector for me. They explained the work they performed and my various options. They also registered the setup with Tesla and connected my unit to WIFI. They were listed on the Tesla website as a certified installer. I have been very satisfied with the installation and unit is working well.

I called Electric Medic at the beginning of the day hoping to get an electrician sometime in the next day or so to checkout the issue I was having with the outlets in my garage. Tim was able to come out same day by mid-afternoon and he let me know when he was 30 minutes out. Upon arriving Tim quickly assessed the issue after a little orientation of what I had tried and hadn’t yet. Not only did he solve problem he explained why I was having the issues. He also tested the garage door to ensure everything worked. Tim was a bright, courteous and respectful technician which makes him a pleasure to work with.

When we purchased our home, we were made aware by the inspector that there was damage to the entrance cable box. Tim Fairall was able to come out, explain what needed to be done, and provided a competitive quote. They were able to update the damaged cable to the current code, install an upgraded 200amp service and put in recessed lighting in the living room. They were always in communication during each step of the process and incredibly friendly every time.
